A workshop on Tarot for gender, politics and language during late stage capitalism In this workshop, we will open a discussion on the assumed binary of energetics in Tarot and Witchcraft; evolution of language as we engage with our community and take a look within at our own political unconscious Bias. Here's what you can expect from Tarot for 2025: - An introduction, some boundary and intention setting for the session - An investigation of some of the many ways gender and sexuality can be represented and spoken about using Tarot and in our spiritual practise. - A look at ways we can redefine and update our language to include archetypes but still resist a purely binary approach. - Some spreads and journal prompts to help you access and unpack some of the unconscious beliefs we hold. Including politics as a chance to check in with our desires and fears on a more holistic level. - Cooling down or firing up - we will use the cards to guide us towards the best next steps for us, be it protest or meditation. This workshop lends itself to those with some basic knowledge with Tarot (and still using the guidebook absolutely counts as some basic Tarot knowledge). You are still welcome if you are brand new, but there will be less explanation of the cards and their symbols here. Please bring a pen, some paper and tarot cards if you have a preferred deck although decks will be provided. 27th August 6:30-8:30 Exchange: : £35
